21 Day Plant-Based Challenge

Have you been procrastinating about eating healthy and improving your diet? If so, start 2018 off right by living a plant-based lifestyle! We are proud to announce that we will be leading a 21 day clean eating challenge based upon a vegan diet. This challenge is entirely free and will be built around supplying participants with recipes, email support, educational information and a group conference call every week. Participants will be encouraged to discover recipes on their own and we will list some great places to find simple, delicious recipes. The recipes we provide will include breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as, recipes for snacks and smoothies. The conference call and emails will help to give everyone support to make this transition as easy as possible. Also, many people will be doing this on their own and by having the support from us and others involved in the challenge will be beneficial. Our goal is to let everyone find out how easy it is to live a plant-based lifestyle and to discover how amazing they can feel.
