Jonathan Ferris is a certified holistic health coach who acquired his certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. He helps clients create new lifestyles that connect them to their true self. Mainly helping them in the categories of diet and fitness. Jonathan helps them analyze their diet and make the necessary shifts. Explore their current fitness routine and build upon it or create one if one isn’t present. He works with clients through consultations, that could be as frequent as every week or bi-weekly. During these consultations, the client and coach discuss how things are going and what areas can use improvement. Recommendations are made, tasks are assigned and the client is responsible for putting in the work. Jonathan will be there to support you and answer any questions you may have. Advice will be given and he will hold you accountable.
